Announcing a New Partnership
The Victorian Web is a vast, interactive on-line library of materials, with more than 150,000 documents and images covering all aspects of Victorian culture. Written by experts in the field, it’s free to use and open to all. It’s made up of a network of links so that readers can switch easily between subjects. The Web is especially rich in information on the Pre-Raphaelites, their followers, and the contexts in which they worked. Pre-Raphaelite paintings, illustrations, stained glass windows, furniture, tapestries and applied arts are discussed in a wide range of essays, reviews, and detailed explorations of images, prose writings and poems. The Victorian Web is proud to announce a new partnership with the Pre-Raphaelite Society. Our aim is to combine our resources and encourage those with an interest in the PRB to read and research as widely as possible by making use of the Web and the many activities offered by the Society. We also aim to publish selected essays for the Review on VW. The Victorian Web http://www.victorianweb.org/
